| Job Advert Summary | Responsible for the maintenance of water and sewer water network, leaks repairs, Inspections and testing of plumbing equipment to meet the specified standards. Reporting problems to the Supervisor. |
| Minimum Requirements | • Grade 12 or NQF Level 3 and Certificate in plumbing • 2 year working experience in a similar environment • Knowledge of the welding and plumbing field • Ability to do minor repairs • Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures • Physically and Medical fit. |
| Primary Duties | • Assist in maintenance, fabrication, and repairs of pipeline components. • General maintenance and loading and unloading of equipment. • Cleaning of tools and equipment • Assist on the daily routine plumbing maintenance. • Cleaning of the Pump blockages as and when required. • Record and Report all fault Equipment |
| Knowledge | • General maintenance • Safety knowledge • Knowledge of plumbing • Basic understanding of Water network and Sewer Network • Basic understanding of valves, pressure and flow principles • Safety working procedures |
