| Job Advert Summary | Rand Water is currently looking for the Senior Cook to ensure that tasty meals are prepared within the required time and set out standards and served to clients in the most attractive and hygienic way possible. |
| Minimum Requirements | • Grade 12 or equivalent plus a certificate in cooking. • 3 Years in similar position. • Culinary and fast-food experience. • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required. |
| Primary Duties | • Preparation of food according to daily production and standards. • Menu planning and costing. • Ensure that the serving section operates effectively. • Maintaining Safety & Hygiene Standards • Rotate in all areas in the canteen when required. • Stock control • Supervise the take way section of the canteen. |
