Responsibilities
1 Document management and administration
• Driving SVM, washing it, and keeping it current;
• Filing/changing Fan charts at Fan stations;
• Daily lamp Room report;
• Ocenco deployment and reporting on conditions;
• Methane emission rating;
• Downloading of Fire patrol readings;
• Contributing to cost savings by effective management of materials and resources by adhering to prescribed operational requirements
2. Cleaning Services
• Help the practitioner with ventilation and hygiene identify potential occupational health risks such noise, heat stress, radiation, dust, vapour, fibers, chemicals, and vapour.
• Identify hazardous situations and key regions in all work zones.
• Help with data collection for hazard identification and analysis
• Examine and keep an eye out for potential risks by capturing measurements and samples
3. Services For Ventilation
• Take measurements of the diesel machines, doors, seals, and back bye regions with surface fans.
• Ventilation in all areas
• Troubleshooting the areas with poor airflow
• After-action move approval for sections
