Training for all employees

We have established two required training programs to aid SGS employees in incorporating our values and principles into their regular work. An online training course with a test makes up our annual integrity training program. This training allows workers to test their understanding of the SGS Code of Integrity and to develop answers using commonplace circumstances, which is a highly positive and effective approach for us to communicate our principles. By doing this training session annually, we keep our personnel motivated and refreshed while ensuring that our Code of Integrity stays at the core of the services we provide around the globe. To make sure that every employee completes this crucial training, a record of who participated in it is preserved.
