Purpose of Position:To collect outstanding debt as per set objectives from Non-Medical Patients (Private and Foreign) in order to decrease bad debt.
Requirements:Certificate: Credit Control (Required), Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting (Required)
Required Experience:1-3 years’ experience in Medical and Insurance companies/ environment., Experience: Debt Collection, Experience: Meditech, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge of the B/AR module on the Meditech system
Key Responsibilities:Collect outstanding debt in order to achieve the debt targets., Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath., Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate recording and filing of information., Report on collection progress and non-conformances
