Job Description: Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting opportunity in our Warehouse department for a Warehouse Operator role based in Nigel. We are seeking a talented individual with relevant skills and experience to join our team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will report directly to the Team Leader: Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute warehouse activities according to the issued plan while maintaining operational efficiency standards.
- Ensure timely and complete loading of trucks/trailers based on the issued plan.
- Adhere to the prescribed stock layout for all product types.
- Facilitate smooth production flow by promptly removing stock from the production lines, ensuring no disruptions due to forklift availability.
- Accurately and punctually pick required loads.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Achieve personal operational efficiency targets.
- Adhere to standard practices for asset care.
- Comply with stock management processes, including daily inventory counts.
- Wrap pallets securely using standard stretch wrapping techniques.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Grade 12/Matric qualification with Mathematics.
- Proficient in English (either as a first language or as a first additional language).
- 6-12 months of relevant warehouse experience, specifically in load making and forklift operation.
- Possession of a valid forklift driver license is advantageous (training will be provided if the candidate is successful).
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts.
