Requirements: Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate (NQF L4) / National Diploma in Financial
Management / Public Administration / Management Accounting or (NQF Level 6) 360 credits, with 0-1
year experience, Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
Duties: The incumbent will be responsible to render a financial/budget support and record
management service; collate budget need inputs of the region (Budget holders); upload and posting
of approved budgets and allocations on the system; capture, allocate virements on budget; distribute
documents with regard to the budget; provide an administrative support and record management
service; maintenance and update of budget files; maintain a record of incoming / outgoing of
documentation and files; assist with the provision and distribution of expenditure reports; assist with
the arrangements and logistics of meetings; ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance
Management Act (PFMA, chapter 6, part 3).
