Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and instruction while delivering engaging English lessons.
- Encourage and motivate students positively throughout their learning journey.
- Manage an online classroom environment effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their language proficiency.
- Guide students in achieving their English language goals.
Requirements:
- Matric (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred).
- Possession of a 120 TEFL/TESOL certificate or willingness to obtain one within the first three (3) months of onboarding.
- Proficiency in the English language with a neutral accent.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior tutoring experience, especially in online English tutoring, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
