The Role: Retail Boutique Manager
As the guardian of Lindt’s retail boutique, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional chocolate experiences. You’ll join a team dedicated to upholding Lindt’s values, ensuring impeccable customer service, and boosting store profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into the daily operations of our Lindt retail boutique.
- Champion top-tier customer service through your exemplary behavior and guidance.
- Maximize store profitability while maintaining impeccable customer service standards.
- Manage inventory, merchandise ordering, and loss prevention.
- Keep a watchful eye on cash reconciliation and store administration.
- Cultivate corporate sales opportunities and strategies.
- Be a product expert and hit those sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Be a marketing maven by supporting local initiatives.
- Adapt to price changes and corporate merchandising plans.
- Keep the store presentation top-notch.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of retail management experience.
- Tertiary education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Social media savvy.
- Stellar time management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-starter with both independent and team-player prowess.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven experience in premium product merchandising and exceptional customer service.
- Sales-driven with a knack for business development.
