GENERAL WORKER
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
CLEANER
In a warehouse it is always busy and this means the floors are constantly worn, full of dirt and dust. Floor cleaning is essential for safe and healthy working conditions. Liquid substances can be hazardous and potentially dangerous and constant cleaning is needed. Bathrooms are also a hygiene risk and needs to be kept clean.
RECEIVER
Inventories and tags unloaded pallets from trucks using a power pallet truck and RF scanners.
INVENTORY CLERK
An inventory clerk is a warehouse stock clerk who uses computer systems to maintain a record of materials on the premises in a warehouse and sees to shipping of materials.
CHECKER
Weigh, measure, and check materials, supplies, and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records. Duties are primarily clerical by nature. Includes workers who collect and keep record of samples of products or materials.
DRIVER
(Valid Code 10 drivers licence required with valid PdP)
Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors
CLERK
Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.
DISPATCH CLERK
The dispatch clerk prepares and packs products and other parcels, which are to be sent from or transported from the given Distribution centre.
PPT DRIVER
(Valid Power Pallet Truck Drivers license required).
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed, pick and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded.
REPLENISHER
Pick product from the racks and places it into the “pick slot” with forklift or Reach Truck.
REACH TRUCK DRIVER
(Valid Reach Truck Drivers license required).
Continuously replenish empty bin locations with available stock and put away all inbound received product in proper bin locations using a reach truck where pallets are stacked at levels as high as 10 meters or higher.
FORK LIFT DRIVER
(Valid Fork lift Truck Drivers license required).
Continuously replenish empty bin locations with available stock and put away all inbound received product in proper bin locations using a fork lift at levels of up to 6 meters.
REVERSE PICKER
Checks stock that is returned, verify expiry date, return usable stock to bin locations.
INVOICE CLERK
Accurate and timely invoicing of specific warehouse customer shipments. Verifying accuracy of pricing and matching of purchase orders. Ensure completion of customer invoicing.
DRIVER ASSISTANT
Being a passenger, making deliveries in a timely manner, maintaining necessary documentation for shipping, loading delivery trucks, assisting branch personnel with unloading material.
LOADER
Loads and unloads delivery trucks normally using a forklift.
SUPERVISOR
Warehouse supervisors are in charge of inventory in a warehouse or similar space. They lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
CONTROLLER
Collect data using a computerized system, which allows tracking in various aspects of inventory. This data is used to calculate products and parts orders, to ensure that the proper amount of inventory is distributed at the right time.
CYCLE COUNTER
A Cycle counter counts a certain number of items in a specific part of the warehouse. The primary suggestion is that the accuracy of the items in the cycle count can be used to determine the accuracy of the items in the warehouse as a whole.
